To diet or not to diet?

Which one should it be? Banting? Paleo? Atkins? Mediterranean? Low Carb, High Fat?  Dukan? Weight Watchers? Sure Slim?

Diets come and go. You don’t have to necessarily follow what is trending.

What you follow must be sensible. Educate yourself, understand your body and make wise and informed choices. What you follow should make you feel and look great, better than before. Different strategies work for different people. Understand what works for “you” and how you can maintain progress that you are making. If this does not come naturally, let us help with this process and tailor make “Your” diet.

The plan you follow should never be at the expense of nourishing your body optimally. Your nutritional needs must be met and your health should peak.

Crash diets and yo-yo dieting often leave one depleted, fatigued, looking unhealthy. They lower your metabolic rate and the lost weight comes back quickly once you stop the diet.

Eating correctly, raises your metabolic rate, keeps you slimmer, glowing with health, beaming with energy and the weight you’ve lost stays off better.

If you lose weight only to put it back on, why lose it in the first place? It becomes disappointing, depressing and demotivating. So you need a solution, and that is “your last diet” that you will follow! To book your appointment click HERE.
