Are you permanently on diet ? Have you been on a diet for more than a year and not reached your goals yet ? Then this is for you. Have you been on and off diets, tried every fad that comes your way, tried the pills and potions and seen your weight bounce for as long as you can remember? You reach your goal weight, or just almost and never quite keep it there, and it’s an ongoing emotional, roller coaster ride …

Surely there is a way out ?

As a Dietician, I have seen so many patients like this. However, I have also seen countless patients reach and maintain their goal weights and at the same time optimise every aspect of their health and well being. I have come to realize what the differences are between these two groups of people.

Truth of the matter is that what one needs is not really a diet ! What you need is to understand your own relationship with food. Understand how food can work for you and not against you. Walk your own walk, discover your own purposeful and fun journey with food and enjoy every moment of it!
